The detour of 16 years and where it finds me now

My last exhibition of 2009 "Where the Veil is Thin' was the culmination of my creative journey at that time, visually exploring the roles of formal religion and Spirituality in society and personally and, perfectly, was held in the major Regional Exhibition Centre which itself had previously been a convent. So when I was offered the opportunity to pursue a more scientific role elsewhere, managing a herbal laboratory, I accepted.

Life events rolled on, many of these life-changing, but eventually bringing me home to the east coast. Equipped with caravan and wanderlust, I explored the southern states and, finally, to came settle on the SW slopes of the Snowy Mountains. Once again I have a studio and once again I can lift brush and paint. The comtemplation continues but now finds form in an abstraction of landscape, accessing deeper connections within, and playing with line, colour and music.  My heart is full, my fortune blessed and future bright.
